Please log on to your resident portal to review your renewal offer. Once reviewed, you need to accept the lease term you wish to renew for. 
The system will then generate a new lease for you and all other current residents to sign electronically and will send it to you all by e-mail.  

The renewal will not be completed until all lease signing residents have executed the new lease.
