For your Notice to vacate to be officially accepted, please do the following:

Send an email to [email protected] with every lease holding resident (all current residents) copied in the email.
In the body of the e-mail, please state that you are not planning to renew, that this is a decision shared by all current lease holders, and will be moving at the end of your lease.

If possible, please include the reason why you have chosen to move.
